Dr. Bub was alerted to a recent visit to the emergency room for cardiac issues. She requested for us to meet again after the stent procedure to update each other on the treatment that I received from other doctors and well as plot the way forward. She was very aware of the treatments that I had and the condition of my heart. She was fully prepared in advance for our visit.

Dr. Bub made a recommendation to see a specialist based on my history. I could not get an appointment for this specialist for a few months. Within 24 hours of notifying Dr. Bub of this, the specialists office called me letting me know they would get me in next week per Dr. Bub's recommendation of me being seen sooner. It's evident that she truly cares. Very grateful for her time with this. Thank you Dr. Bub!

Everyone In the office that I spoke to was courteous. Dr. Carol Bub was very kind. She answered all of my questions without making me feel she needed to get to another appointment. She let me know that even if she wasn't in the office when I have a question, I could email and she would respond in a timely manner.
