I have been a primary investigator and co-primary investigator of industry sponsored trials related to the field of nephrology and wish to incorporate the results of such research so as to positively impact the lives of my patients.
I am a board certified nephrologist and have expertise in diseases related to kidneys. I received my nephrology training at West Virginia University where I was educated on wide array of kidney related disorders. My professional interests, however, include patients with autoimmune diseases that affect the kidneys, renal replacement therapy (dialysis) as well as the impact obesity can have in deterioration of kidney function.
I earned my MD at Ross University School of Medicine and completed a residency at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center and a fellowship at West Virginia University Hospitals.
As a nephrologist working for St. Luke’s hospital, I will provide inpatient and outpatient consultations and will be taking care of patients on chronic dialysis.
