I do prefer this specialist over my previous. I am not a list of conditions to check off my problems are on going and can be controlled with proper guidance. I didn't have that with my last specialist

Dr. Jaffari was extremely well-prepared for our first visit. She was kind, caring, thoughtful and explained things really well. She had a plan of action and an explanation for the plan. I was very satisfied with her care and I did also like the virtual option.

My GP office outside of St Luke's failed to send my medical records prior to my visit even though I had requested them over a month in advance. Dr Jaffari none-the-less gave me full attention and worked through things.

This is only the second time I have seen Dr Jaffari and I am very pleased with her. She not only took the time to read and know my Rheumatology history, but she was also aware of my other medical issues and treatments I had/was having. It took me almost a year after Dr Keeler left St Luke's to get in to see Dr Jaffari . While the wait was long it was well worth it. I would highly recommend her and have done to friends and family.

This was my first appointment with Dr. Jaffari and she was amazing! Explained everything so it was easily understood, answered all my questions completely, and showed caring and concern. She was wonderful, even showed concern about an issue not related to my arthritis. I had hurt my foot falling down a few stairs. When she asked if I had any swelling, I smiled and said yes, but not related to my arthritis. I quickly showed her my foot and she offered an Xray, I said no, it was healing quickly. She said if it did not continue to improve to call her office.and she would set up an Xray. Very nice fo her.

The visit was great, and information was given to me that I did not know about. I was never told that I have a Thyroid gland that was enlarged so now the specialist needs labs based on the facts, hair loss, weak, bones hurting, allergenic asthma, heartburn to a point it's burning my stomach and my throat , bad white cells! She's a great doctor and I will be returning back because I have not gotten answers to why I am going through this.

This was a video visit. Everything went smoothly. Dr Jaffari is one of my favorite doctors.. She is >my methotrexate for pain and ordered Ex rays of my shoulders. She is always pleasant and on her A game. I feel that she cares about my pain.
