Dr O'Rourke and his staff were extremely efficient and caring. The doctor explained what he had done to correct my back problem during surgery and what to expect what with the healing process, what to be able to do physically and what not to do. I felt really confident in his assessment of the results. I have already and would highly recommend Dr O'Rourke for others considering back surgery.

Dr. O'Rourke spent a great deal of time with me during my initial visit and then with surgical follow up. This man has a gift, great hands, repaired my completely failed lumbar spine fusion with minimal pain. I would recommend him to anyone. His office is wonderful as well.

Dr. O'Rourke is an exceptional physician and human being. I would give him a 20 if I could. You do not ever want to lose him for St Luke's patients. I would follow him to any medical group I had to to keep him treating me. My husband and I were both thrilled to have him involved in my treatment.

Because of recent back & hip problems, I scheduled appointments through the neurosurgeon's office and they had me have an MRI along with a followup to see Dr. O'Rourke. After having my 'vitals' taken by a trained staff member, his NP then thoroughly me out carefully and asked a member of pertinent questions. Later Dr. O'Rourke came In and further diagnosed my ongoing Issues. He was easy to understand and he listened to me as he also had a history with me since he performed a surgery on me a few years ago. ... We are moving forward with his trusted PT diagnosis, and we'll see what develops from there.

The doctor was very knowledgeable about my condition and made me feel at ease and confident in the care he was giving me. Answered all questions and explained in a way that I could understand. It took a while to get an appointment with him, but it was worth the wait. Just this one visit with him has helped put my mind to be put at ease

Dr. O'Rourke is a kind, caring and knowledgeable surgeon. He always takes whatever time necessary to explain and answer any questions or concerns. He not only answers my questions and concerns but also my husbands and never makes us feel rushed or that we are taking too much time during my visits. If I could I would give Dr. O'Rourke 10+ stars and I definitely would not hesitate to refer him to my friends and family.
