Katie t receptionists are very kind, respectful t very thorough. Katie always goes over all of my meds t asks if there are any changes t orders refills too. She asks me what's wrong t how she can help me. I told her I can't get rid of my pain in my Rt knee, it is constant t I fell on Jan.7th on my Rt. Side. She asked me If I told my Orthopedic Dr. T I said yes, he checked to see if my Rt leg t hip was ok. I told him I still have alot of pain in my Rt. Knee t he said it's probably arthritis t I need to still go to PT to build up my strength I'm my RT. Quad. I wasn't happy that he couldn't help me with my constant pain in my Rt. Knee. It was my 6 week check up from my Rt.Hip Surgery on Dec.4th, 2023. I called Pain &Spine t I made an Appt. In 3 days to see Katie to have her orser more pain meds for my Rt.Knee t to see if she could help me relieve my constant pain in my Rt knee. Katie told me she could set up an Appt. To have burning of the nerve shots. I said yes, please I'll try anything to get rid of my constant pain in my Rt.Knee. Katie had the nurse call me on Mon to see up an Appt. For the shots in my Rt. Knee. Katie is truly an amazing person. I can always count on her to get the job done perfectly. She's an angel too. She has Dr.W. give me the shots . Sincerely. (Name).

Although this practice can not help me at this point since I have no pain resulting from the condition I received good information about the condition of my spine (stenosis) and better understand the results of my MRI. Hopefully I will not become painful but if I do I know I can contact his practice for help.

Being new to the Bethlehem area, I am very impressed by the health care I am receiving as well as the most accurate and impressive records kept by the medical reports of my various doctors of my various medical problems!
