Dr. Haffner Is a provider I would not change. Always walks In to the exam room and makes you feel so comfortable and she listen to all you have to say. She also explains things in a matter that you could understand. Thank you for Dr. Haffner. Don't ever change.

I went to this office last Fall having a lot of lower back pain caused by sciatica and ruptured disc.I saw Katie first and then Dr. Wert who administered a cortisone shot. It was Katie who I followed with for 2 more visits. She was always very supportive and thorough with her questions etc. I finally started feeling much better and after the April appt. I don't have another appt. Scheduled. But, can call anytime if I need to return to their office.

Katie t receptionists are very kind, respectful t very thorough. Katie always goes over all of my meds t asks if there are any changes t orders refills too. She asks me what's wrong t how she can help me. I told her I can't get rid of my pain in my Rt knee, it is constant t I fell on Jan.7th on my Rt. Side. She asked me If I told my Orthopedic Dr. T I said yes, he checked to see if my Rt leg t hip was ok. I told him I still have alot of pain in my Rt. Knee t he said it's probably arthritis t I need to still go to PT to build up my strength I'm my RT. Quad. I wasn't happy that he couldn't help me with my constant pain in my Rt. Knee. It was my 6 week check up from my Rt.Hip Surgery on Dec.4th, 2023. I called Pain &Spine t I made an Appt. In 3 days to see Katie to have her orser more pain meds for my Rt.Knee t to see if she could help me relieve my constant pain in my Rt knee. Katie told me she could set up an Appt. To have burning of the nerve shots. I said yes, please I'll try anything to get rid of my constant pain in my Rt.Knee. Katie had the nurse call me on Mon to see up an Appt. For the shots in my Rt. Knee. Katie is truly an amazing person. I can always count on her to get the job done perfectly. She's an angel too. She has Dr.W. give me the shots . Sincerely. (Name).
