Dr. Burkey gives you his undivided attention in hearing about what brought you in for orthopedic care and p.t.. He follows your progress closely and evaluates how you're doing, what your goals are, and how they are being met in p.t. He's a very 'sympa' guy, as the French would say--easy to talk to and enlightening about your condition and your pjysical activities. I have total confidence in him and really enjoyed my consults with him.

Dr Burkey is a very good listener. He patiently listens to my Mom, she has dementia and asks questions too. We have never felt rushed by him throughout our visits. He is kind, professional, easy to talk to and is very interested in her care. I wish all physicians would be more like him. He has treated my Mom with dignity and respect.

Even though I saw Dr. Berkey about a hip injury, he was also able to look at my old shoulder injury and order an MRI. I think Dr. Berkey is the best Orthopedist I have ever seen. Very good doctor.

I met with Dr. Burkey due to a third occurring trigger finger. I had surgery on the first two trigger fingers within a three year time span. Dr. Burkey is the first physician to inform me about a trigger finger brace to wear at night. The brace has been incredibly helpful in relieving the symptoms.
