About Me

I encourage patients to always take responsibility for keeping themselves healthy and strong, especially during pregnancy. I always advise patients to remember to do for their unborn child what they would do for their children at home, like keeping doctor appointments, making smart food choices and staying active.

With the bulk of my training and experience in underserved communities, I have always strived to give the highest level of care to patients regardless of socioeconomic backgrounds and will now continue that care for patients at the St. Luke’s. I recently relocated to the Lehigh Valley from New York City and joined St. Luke’s Hamilton OB/GYN and St. Luke’s Valley OB/GYN.

My clinical interests include high-risk pregnancies, obesity in women with a focus on nutrition and urban and underserved medicine.

Originally from Bellmawr, New Jersey, I received my medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine Dominica, West Indies. I then went on to complete a residency at Brookdale University Hospital and Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York where I continued to work for 20 years.

I’m excited to be caring for women as part of St. Luke’s growing health network and to bring my family here to the Lehigh Valley. Women are the backbone of the family, so keeping women healthy in body and mind will also keep families healthy so that the next generation is strong and secure.
