I have always had an exceptional good experience with Dr Avellini. She gives a through exam after a medical history review, a catch up on my life experiences, and any concerns. Dr Avellini is a phenomenal provider- I never feel rushed. She comes in an sits with me while we discuss my health, my questions, anything I feel is important. And even though I see her once a year- she knows I have 2 adult children (who she did not deliver as we did not live in the region). She creates a personal connection that enables me to comfortably discuss any needs/questions. She is an amazing asset to SLUHN.

I absolutely LOVE Dr Jamie Avellini. !!!!I have been seeing her yearly for my GYN care for many, many years. I will NEVER see anyone else. She has a nice warm and friendly smile, with Great eye contact, while sitting @ my eye level making me feel I am the priority right now. Dr A Is very knowledgeable, she explains things In a way that I can understand. I'm not embarrassed to ask questions. She is approachable; I can talk to her about absolutely anything. In addition, is very detail oriented. My husband refers his patients to her all the time. What more could anyone ask for In a doctor ? I want to make this perfectly clear: DR. I'm new to the Lehigh Valley so was in search of new docs. Dr Avellini came highly revommend. As a new patient, she really took the time to connect with me. I didn't feel like I was being rushed through the appointment- as can, unfortunately, sometimes happen in medicine these days.I left the appointment feeling I had made the right decision in selecting Dr Avellini for my care and would highly recommend her.

Dr. A was a great provider for my prenatal/postnatal care. I am so grateful for her support during this journey. She was relatable, comforting, timely, knowledgeable, and cautious in every step of the way. I felt concern with lab work and preeclampsia diagnosis and she gave me autonomy in my healthcare with supportive knowledge of pros and cons and plan of care options going forward including bloodwork, baby screenings, fetal medicine follow up, inducing and delivery options if needed. Office always seemed clean and organized, supportive staff (receptionist, nursing aide, student doctors, and dr. Cancel) Were friendly and confident in their work which was also comforting. Thanks team!

I know that Doctor Avellini is very busy, yet she has the time to focus on me as an individual person, not simply a body being processed through the efficiently run medical corporation. Focused and thorough care are most important to me - I do not mind a delay in seeing the doctor in relation to my appointment time, if I know that quality care is the priority.
