I needed to have my knee evaluated. I made the appointment to see an Orthopedic Doctor and it happened to be Dr Sacco. He and the staff did a great job. Now I understand why my knee hurts and I do not need surgery. He sent me for therapy and I am hoping to fully recover.

Dr. James Sacco is very pleasant and easy to talk to. Very professional. I was grateful for him for offering a walker. I didn't even mention that I was having trouble using crutches. The walker made it so much easier to move around my house. I thought I was going to fall backwards the first time I used the crutches.

This visit was my 3rd with Doctor Sacco. We had tried cortizone and another type of injection to alleviate the pain in my knees. It was determined that the next option is a knee replacement which we have scheduled for January 31st.

Dr. Sacco was very compassionate when I voiced my concerns about the pain level after my surgery. He explained levels of pain, how it affects me, how important pain medication is, and he even had a teachable moment with the two residents in the room. I am very happy with Dr. Sacco.
