Natalie Zack and the entire staff here are excellent. Receptionists are very nice and welcoming. They go out of their way to be helpful. Nurses are respectful, thorough, and pleasant. They are easy to talk to. Natalie goes above and beyond for me. She not only answers my questions, but takes the time to explain things. She always smiles and makes me feel very comfortable. I had an appointment scheduled with another physician in the building the following day. Natalie arranged for appointments to be scheduled back to back on the same day so I wouldn't have to travel twice. That was great. I am in very capable, caring hands. I wouldn't want to be treated anywhere else.

Natalie goes above and beyond for me. She always greets me wiith a smile and is very easy to talk to. She takes time to explain thngs, is very knowledgeable and always seems to have my best interests in mind. She is completely aware of every issue that I am currently facing. I am very comfortable recieving services here. The clerks and receptionists are excellent also. Overall satisfaction, 100%.

Always a pleasant experience. It's been five years now and almost sad I won't be seeing them every six months anymore. They are like family! It's always good to see them and express any questions or concerns I might have.
