I know a new phone system is put in place. It takes awhile for all the issues to work out. But in spite of that the girls at the infusion center and Alex worked together in getting the care I needed. Alex came to see me at the infusion center. She asked questions, observed and determined for me not to get a treatment. She answered our questions and I had a better understanding of what I was up against. Alex and the girls at the infusion center really worked well together. I so appreciate all of them, the care and compassion they have for us as patients is a wonderful thing.

I always feel respected and listened to when I come for my visits. My concerns are always deemed as valid and my provider advocates for me and makes sure that I feel valued.

No one has followed up after results came back from blood work. I need to be advised what the next step is after finding a liver abnormality in January. I am a cancer survivor with some concerns. Ty

Alexandra always takes the time to listen to my concerns. She is very patient and asks very pertinent questions. Additionally, I was able to communicate via the web site to get a new prescription for a medication because the pharmacy wouldn't refill a current script.

Pleased with care provided and our Doctor always takes time to answer my health concerns and suggest answers / solutions. The cost of some of my prescriptions are costlyeven with Insurances and we're very grateful for samples that are share during our appointments.
