As a retired orthopedic surgeon my encounter with Dr. Loev has helped restore my faith in modern medicine. He was an integral part in my road to recovery from a serious spinal problem.

I was originally treating for a herniated disc with another network. I was not happy with their care. After receiving an Epidural Steroid injection on June 24th, they set a follow-up appoint for me in mid-September. I did not want to wait that long so I went to Dr. Loev for a quicker follow-up and direction on how to proceed to get better. The Dr. Answered all of my questions and I was glad that I seen him.

Seem to know right away what the problem was he asked the right questions. I had been to care now a week before regarding this problem and they were not helpful at all. They told me if it didn't get better to see Dr. love.

The office staff was very nice and helpful. I did not have to wait in the office more than a few minutes for my appointment. The provider came in and listened to me in ordered tests appropriately. I got a call from a nurse the next day with results of the x-ray instructions to proceed with the original plan of care. Communication was excellent and that is key for me. Would highly recommend this provider and their office staff

He had a very good bed side manner. He told me what the process was for diagnosis, and told me how we will proceed from this point. I like how he handled the situation because I was upset & he had a calm demeanor that help reassure that its going to be ok. The treatment will be painful but it is needed. Next visit I will talk about if I need to be awake for the procedure. I would like to minimize the pain issue as much as possible.
