When I arrived there was a problem with my Medicare card #. The office staff,particularly the man,( don't know his name) were extremely helpful.

The nurse was kind,friendly and respectful. Rachel Hanson was friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. She explained everything to me so that I could understand and had a plan for my treatment. She did a thorough examination and spent time with me. I did not feel rushed. I highly recommend her and this practice.

My visit with Rachel Hanson was very pleasant and informative. She obviously is extremely well trained in her profession and spent a great deal of time examining me and explaining what she was finding. She addressed my previous records and gave me good advice going forward. I'm every way she offered treatment equivalent to that of the physician she practices under. I highly recommend her and am very confident in her ability to follow me.

Since I have a hearing problem, I had brought my son with me on this visit. The procedures were very well explained to him and thru him to me. The person setting up my appointments was very friendly and patient as we had to contact the VA office, which took considerable time. That was very much appreciated.
