I could email Jenna with a question. I always received an answer within a short time frame, or a receptionist would call me and set up an appointment for sometime that day, if I needed to be seen.

I found it very easy to message Jenna through My Chart. Jenna always answered my questions within a half hour or sooner and if she needed to see me she had the scheduler call and set up an appointment - Very caring, professional and knowledgeable.
