Ratings & Reviews

The Patient Satisfaction Rating is an average of all responses to the care provider related questions from our nationally recognized Press Ganey Patient Satisfaction Survey. Patients that are treated in outpatient or hospital environments may receive different surveys, and the volume of responses will vary by question.

I'm always greeted with a smile when I arrive for my appointment from the staff and my Doctor. I'm a long term patient (11 months) now My recovery has had many set backs and my next surgery will be happening in the coming months I have all the faith in my surgery team to get me through this next journey and to give me a better physical life.

This was my 2nd visit to the Wound Center at St.Luke's Warren Campus. The receptionist, was cordial, attentive and first class as always. I didn't have any say in the MD or nurse who would be caring for me, nor did it matter. Both the Doctor John Lukaszczyk and nurse, were informed about my condition, asked a few pertinent questions and handled the situation appropriately. I've been informed via email that the Doctor I'll be seeing on my next visit on 11/5, is the same one that I had for my first. She was also very professional and I look forward to seeing her again. I'm partially paralyzed, use a mobility scooter for my visits and the staff does everything they can to deal with my situation.
