Every time we visit Dr. Novak we have an amazing experience. So much so that my daughter loves her doctor and asks about him often. We love Dr. Novak & (Name).

Dr. Novak is absolutely wonderful, as well as his office staff. I have no complaints regarding them. However, the new phone "POD" system makes accessing my child's physician more difficult than before. I had a wait time of 34 minutes so I could make an appointment for a sick visit with my child's pediatrician, when he had a fever of 103. Instead of caring for my child, I had to wait on hold for 34 minutes just to make an appointment. Also, having to wait on hold other times to speak with the POD, just to relay messages to the office is inefficient. This new system makes accessing health care more cumbersome and frustrating!

We couldn't say enough great things about Dr. Novak! He is so kind and really takes the time to go over things during each visit! Highly recommend.

Dr Novak and his staff, including MA Annette, are the most wonderful healthcare providers I have come across. I would never consider another provider for my children. They are patient, professional, kind and loving. I am confident my children are in wonderful hands when they are under the care of Dr. Novak.

We love coming to Dr. Novak's office. He is an incredibly knowledgeable physician and is so patient and kind with my kids. My kids love nurse A. She is so wonderful with them but professional and accurate in doing her job at the same time. Checking in and out with at the front desk is always a joy. She makes my kids enjoy going to the doctor!

Dr. Novak was the best! He was extremely kind and spent time with us, and especially gave Levi lots of valuable advice. We will miss him tremendously as this was Levi's last visit with him. Dr. Novak was Levi's doctor from birth. One of the top notch doctors I've ever met! He gave more than 100%

Dr. Novak and his team impress me more each visit. The staff are helpful, knowledgeable, and comforting. We never feel rushed and always feel well taken care of. We are so grateful for Dr. Novak and his team. Love.

Dr. Novak always takes the time to go over concerns, answer questions, and discuss what's needed. I never feel rushed while in his office.

I saw this pediatrician three times already and he has always been very knowledgeable very helpful and amazing at his job. The staff at the front desk has always been so respectful and courteous and so sweet. I will continue going to the pediatrician for as long as possible with my son I trust him with him and know he has my sons best interest at heart highly recommend him to anybody I know.

First off great kind staff. Dr. Novak is respectful and knowledgeable. Always listens to our concerns and explains to us in detail so we can understand awesome doctor!

Dr. Novak was excellent with the care of my daughter. He called me to give the results of the exams he did on my daughter also told me how to care for her. I also had sent a message through mychart on a Sunday and my question was answered the next business day which was Monday. Their response was fast I was very happy about that. Thank you.

I couldn't be happier about this provider! From the knowledge and care from Dr. Novak to the incredible love and compassion they give my son, I wouldn't change anything about them! I've even switched my oldest to their office as soon as they took his insurance, I didn't even hesitate! They treat us like family there and to find that in a good provider these days is sometimes hard. But they scoop my son up and just sit with him and talk to him and play with him, it's just so nice to see just how much they love their patients! Thank you for all you do for us!

Dr. Novak listened to my concern about Matthew's cough. He spoke with Matthew about his symptoms and then about other topics to continue to build upon his rapport with Matthew. As always, we were very pleased with our visit with Dr. Novak.
