Greg is familiar with my urological health. He is considerate about all things related to the ailment, and plays things with conservative consideration. My issue is a bit of a conundrum, and Greg treats it as such. I appreciate that he is not entirely fixated on old "one-way" diagnosis and associated treatment(s). I enjoy my visits with him.

I am a customer.at another network. This is the third time that I had need for medical help and was given unrealistic appointments into the future and turned to St Luke's for help. In all the instances St Luke's was able to address my needs in a timely manner and have been extremely pleased with the level of service, quick access to medical help and overall satisfaction. As they say it's baseball 3 strikes and your out and the other network may be close to that point. If my family physician changed to St Luke's I would become a 100% user. Keep up the good work and customer care.

Originally I was scheduled to be seen at urology at another office at St Luke's. I arrived late due to weather. The Bethlehem office staff coordinated with this office staff to find a time block for a new patient with this provider. The front office staff was very detail oriented to provide accuracy at all points of the check in process in an efficient manner. The provider Gregory Pypiuk was very polite, kind, and thorough.

Dr. Pypiuk was definitely well informed about my medical history. He seemed to genuinely care about my maintaining good health (which isn't always the case with modern medical providers). He patiently and thoroughly answered any questions I had. This was my first meeting with him as my previous primary urology care giver recently moved on to another location. Greg is a thoughtful, knowledgeable urological assistant. He was indispensable, when a few hours after my TURP surgery a month ago, he masterfully fixed a saline solution drip that was going to the wrong place in my body. I am extremely grateful for this and for his thoughtful service over the past many months.

There was no real reason for me to keep the appointment but I had a few questions, not out of concern but out of curiosity. I got answers that I understood so I am grateful. Went for a regularly scheduled urology appointment. PSA elevated again- even higher than last time. The doctor talked to me about the implications, and course for action and I have been scheduled for an MRI within 3 weeks.

This was a procedural follow up visit. I was concerned that the surgery might have been botched by something I did. Greg put my mind at ease. I called the procedural outcome "underwhelming." Greg suggested that we give it more time, as the results are generally not an overnight sensation. The biggest problem by far had nothing to do with the surgery, and everything to do with a hormonal deficiency. Greg addressed this immediately, noting the extent to which the imbalance / deficit would impact both physical and mental functions. Thanks to his decision, I seem to be moving back to normalcy.
