The explanation for the office never calling me about my blood test results is that Tania has me come in for my annual exam after I had my blood test so that she can go over everything with me. She said she will phone me after a blood test only if there is a concern about the test results. Tania is one of the most cheerful and positive people I have ever met in the health care industry. I always look forward to speaking with her about my overall health because I generally do have questions each year.

This was my yearly Medicare check-up but I never felt rushed. Tania always takes as much time as I need which I appreciate. It's one of the reason I switched to all St. Luke's physicians. Being a nurse myself I know you cannot provide good care if you don't have time to listen to your patients. She respects my opinion and I respect hers. Keep up the good work Tania!
