Kimberly was friendly, knowledgeable, articulate, all positive attributes that contributed to my first visit with a weight management office. Kim answered all my questions and even anticipated some she thought I might ask. She was honest and helpful and I look forward to meeting with her again in September.

Office staff very helpful and friendly. PA was very informative and thorough. I got an authorization approval w/in 24hrs for something that they said normally take 7-10 days. Literally had it that next day! They moved very promptly.
