I am one of many patients fortunate enough to have Dr. Darren Traub for my cardio care. During my appointments he is always very present. He is focused solely on me. Really listens and makes sure I understand answers to my questions and/or asks me questions to be sure he fully understands my concerns. Before leaving his office, he briefs check out on what is needed and everything is completed before I leave. To sum it up, I never feel like just a patient number; like I'll be forgotten after leaving the office. And that means everything to me.

I was very pleased and less anxious to have been seen by the doctor that I was familiar with many years ago as a SLH RN. My comfort level and trust in the system was very important to my well-being upon learning and dealing with a new heart condition. Dr. Traub is not only very professional but also very personable. He is competent and knowledgeable, and I feel confident in his care.

Dr. Traub collaborates well with his team, as well as, my other SLHN cardiologists. He LISTENS and looks back at the medical data supplied by my ICD to track trends in my health and to offer options on how I can live a better life while managing my genetic heart disease. I appreciate that Dr. Traub is respectful of me and the office team. I appreciate that Dr. Traub makes time to see me when an issue managing my heart disease arises. Thank you Dr. Traub!

On my encounters with Dr. Traub, he always listens attentively to my concerns and treats me as an individual. He remembers personal details and provides clear explanations to my questions, or order tests to address them. He also responds quickly to my written messages, although I limit these to avoid making demands on his schedule. I wouldn't have anyone else as my cardiologist!

DR. TRAUB goes above & beyond the norm to help his patients. I was directed to his care in October 2022 and am very, very grateful for the care that I received.
