This visit was a post hospital stay follow-up. We discussed the information I was given upon discharge from the hospital as well as the treatment that occurred during the hospital stay. We also discussed the changes that were to occur with my prescription medication. Dr Holbrook explained the changes and the reasons for them. He listened to my concerns and discussed them with me to my satisfaction. When I left the appointment I was at ease with my ongoing treatment and medication concerns. I feel and trust that Dr Holbrook truly cares about my health and will take the the time necessary to put my mind at ease.

This year has been exceptionally trying for my family. There were numerous health problems, including tests, scans, surgeries, hospitalizations, chemotherapy, changes in medications, ER visits for every type of blockage and life-threatening conditions and a recent death from pancreatic cancer. Having dealt with all that at home and away, it was exceptionally refreshing to have a routine visit where it felt like my relatively minor issues were handled promptly and reliably. Dr. Holbrook has been managing several prescription changes for me for years and I appreciate the professionalism of the staff as we have rotated through a half dozen insurance situations that never seem to end. I just wanted the staffers to know how much we appreciate everything they do. It stands In sharp contrast to big problems we have seen this year In several hospitals, urgent card, etc. Thanks again and keep up the good work.
