It was my first time seeing a doctor since high school. Everyone in the office was friendly and helpful. I got in to my exam room pretty quickly, but it was about 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment time when I met with Dr. Keller. It was definitely busy, so I wasn't expecting to be in and out right away anyway. He was really awesome and down to earth. He seemed to really get the need I have to be as active as I'm used to being and reassured me that I'm not ready to throw the towel in on running! I definitely trust him to help me get my hip injury under control so I can get back to doing what I love pain-free.

(Name) was so helpful with general insurance questions. She even followed up with a vm. That was so greatDr. Keller is excellent. He spoke to my 14yo with respect as a young athlete whose injury was just as important as an Olympian's injury. His advice was followed by my son. Go figure?! Happy with my child's recovery, thx to Dr Keller's advice.

I've had several appointments with Dr. Keller. He is a very caring doctor. Since the earlier ordered X-ray was not helpful enough to resolve my concerns, I was ordered an MRI. I am hoping it will enable Dr. Keller to reach a resolution to eliminate the problems with my shoulder.

My visit to this office was positive from check in to check out.And even though I received text alerts to confirm my appointment, I was surprised to receive an actual phone call from Jen to confirm and make sure I knew how to get to the office.The staff who handled check in and out were friendly, courteous and made the process easy.Dr Keller was kind and attentive and actively listened to my concerns.He clearly explained the nature of the source of my pain and the best course to relieve it with the correct exercise and physical therapy.The 3 medical assistants were also kind and professional. Thank you. and the x-ray technician, whose name I did not catch, for your obvious compassion for your patients.I hope St Lukes's continues to grow and attract similar talent to provide much needed comprehensive care to Warren County.Thank you.
