This was our first encounter with Dr. Patel. I was refer to him by My Endocrinolgist. On visitation, He was so charming and understanding. He manage to explain every thing, in referance to my Kidneys. I have schedule my following appt already. I did not give him a good rating, for I just met with this Doctor. Looking forward for our next visit. The staff was wonderful as well. Thank you.

I can't say enough about how great the staff are, all around. Although they weren't able to help with immediate relief of my symptoms, as much as possible was done to ensure I was as comfortable as they could get me for the time being until my next referral. He also ordered tests to rule out any other health concerns which I greatly needed and appreciated. Great office to go to if you're in need! :) Thank you all for being respectful, knowledgeable, helpful, and going above and beyond.

Doctor listened as I completely explained current symptoms. He addressed my concerns. He spoke in language I could understand easily, and emphasized what I could do to improve my health and mitigate further decline in my kidney condition. He clearly distinguished between some of my misunderstandings, making things very clear. He appeared to really care about my health and the actions I should take.

I have been seeing Dr. Patel for many years now. I trust him implicitly as do I his clerk (Name). If the Doc is busy at the hospital or somewhere, (Name) always texts him my message and I hear back the same day. The team is phenomenal and I enjoy going as much as possible for someone with chronic kidney disease can.
