No one called to discuss the blood test results because the Doctor discussed my results during the appointment which was one week after having completed the tests.

Dr. Dalal is the kindest, knowledgeable and caring doctor. He has an excellent bedside manner and explains everything in full detail to me. His staff is amazing. K. is the most helpful and a kind person who is always right there to accommodate you. She is so helpful and very easy to speak with. Her personality lights up the room. Daisy was sweet and kind. She took care of me immediately and went over everything with me. Nobody likes going to the doctors but going to Dr. Dalal's office is a nice experience with the friendliest people. Kudos to St. Luke's team! I thank them every day for being part of my care team.

Dr. Umesh Dalal is what a doctor should be. He listens and talks with his patients in a down to earth manner. He has a positive aura. I brought my husband along on my last visit so he could meet this thorough and pleasant doctor.

The staff is amazing. There is a wonderful nurse (I think from Ukraine) and she is fabulous. So kind and helpful. At check in, the receptionist was friendly and professional. The lady at check out was amazing! She is so patient and kind. Extremely helpful. She has been there a long time and knows her stuff! She is so helpful and worked well with scheduling my next appointment to fit my schedule. So friendly and again, extremely helpful. Dr. Dalil is amazing. Goes over everything with me and explains everything so I can understand. He is a fabulous Doctor with a great bedside manner. This office is a very friendly, professional and caring environment. Kudos to all of them.
