I was very pleased with the level of care at the office from reception straight through until check out. Everyone in the office is extremely kind and compassionate. Lauren Coppersmith takes the time to listen to all of your concerns and ask the questions needed to really get to the route of the issue at hand. I would recommend Lauren Coppersmith and the practice to anyone!

Never met her before. Office was able to fit me in on a weekend after taking a positive Covid test. She made me at ease concerning symptoms and gave me cough medicine and antibiotic to treat sinus infection. Very well pleased

I had a particularly difficult year and she took the time to assess my emotional status and extended my appointment to ensure we covered all my health needs. She is truly the best.

This office is exceptionally well run. I'm able to get appointments quickly when needed. The staff up front is knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. My PCP always listens to my concerns, explains herself clearly, provides meaningful next steps, is attentive with follow-up messaging, never rushes, and is a joy to visit with. Would recommend this office and my provider to anyone in the area.

Lauren was absolutely wonderful. She showed genuine care and concern. Luckily, she erred on the side of caution and went the extra mile to send me for a scan immediately and I was immediately taken to the ER. Her bedside manner was excellent and I look forward to working with her again. I thank her for listening to my concerns.
