Russ continues to provide me with the care and concern that shows his dedication to his patient. He secures correspondence on results through phone calls and the portal. He often knows how to ask me questions that lead into conversations of my health and well being that I may not have traveled to if left to my own thought process. He makes me, and I am sure all his other patients feel seen and heard. I am thankful for being under his care. I would also like to comment on the reception staff. These woman really do set the tone of the visit. They are friendly and warm. They take the time with you to make appointments and offer assistance with searching new doctors or navigating how to make test appointments. These is a brightness to their approach in clerical duties that overflows to us patients in the wait area.
