I've always had good experience when I've visited this providers office. The clerical staff is always friendly & courteous. Dr. Jacobs listens to my concerns and make sure that I understand my treatment plan.

Dr. Jacobs is beyond extraordinary and thorough, both in his explanations of my condition and his instructions for follow up actions post visit and In preparation for next follow up visit. Because of this, I am very motivated to follow through with his Instructions. Why wouldn't I be, considering how well I am doing? All St. Luke's doctors, many of whom are excellent, can take a page from Dr. Jacob's book .

Dr. Jacobs is very thorough. He makes sure all my symptoms and test results are addressed. Dr. Jacobs gives me a plan for their improvement and continues his concern with return visits. It is a privilige and blessing to include Dr Joseph Jacobs as part of my care team for a rare but complex diagnosis. I have complete trust in the health tips he has provided such as combinant therapy using turmeric and coq10 to protect kidneys, lower blood pressure, and to some extent lower blood sugar. He is the 1st provider in my 62 years of life to propose use of supplements . Other providers have hushed my questions about use of supplements, perhaps because of lack of knowledge??

Dr Jacobs is an excellent physician. He treats you as if you were a family member or friend. He is very knowledgeable, but explains things in ways you can understand. He spends a lot of time with his patients and is always very compassionate.

Dr Jacobs is the best physician I have ever had. He not only knows about my condition under his specialty but he knows how it interacts and relates to my other conditions. I have total faith in him and being a retired nurse with a masters degree, having taught in major colleges and universities and having been an assistant director of nursing at Staten Island University Hospital I am a tough critic. Thank you Dr Jacobs for your knowledge and your compassion. You are very special and appreciated.
