I ensure that ALL my patients are treated as “family.” As a physician, I consider myself privileged to be entrusted with the care of my patients. It is my duty and responsibility to provide counsel/educate, assess my patients disease process/severity and formulate an individualized treatment plan that best suits their needs and goals. I am a strong proponent of a multidisciplinary team approach, working in collaboration with my colleagues to achieve the best outcomes possible for my patients.
I am a board certified practicing vascular surgeon. I am also board certified in general and surgical critical care. My practice is 100% dedicate to the treatment of vascular disease. I see patients with a variety of vascular pathology including but not limited to venous insufficiency (varicose veins), peripheral arterial disease (PAD, cerebrovascular disease, stroke and mesenteric and aneurysmal disease. I am skilled in both minimally invasive (endovascular) surgery as well as ”traditional” open surgery.
I earned my medical degree at the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine, completed a surgical residency at Christiana Care Health System, a vascular surgery fellowship at Geisinger Medical Center and a surgical critical care fellowship at Northwestern Memorial Hospital. I am board certified in vascular, critical care and general surgery.
Outside of work, I enjoy reading, traveling, working on various “house projects” but most importantly spending time doing “anything” with my beautiful wife and our two little boys.
