Dr. Proothi sees me once a year, and each year he writes a prescription for a blood test for the next year. So he did not write any during the last three months. I got the blood test one week before my appointment and saw the results online soon thereafter. No one needed to call me about the results because I discussed them with Dr. Proothi during the appointment.

When you get the Diagnosis of cancer, you feel like the floor dropped from under your feet. Dr Proothi is one of the kindest Doctors I have, and I have a lot. My Mother went to him 43 years ago, she said the same thing. She waited to long to seek help and died very young. His PA and nurses are also outstanding, no question is ever an imposition. I really believe they care. Some nurses are their for the paycheck. The PA and Nurse are there to help. Compaction is the understatement when you talk about them. Sometimes you worry for no reason, if I call the office I always get support. St Luke's should be proud to have them in their employment. Dr Proothi. Thank You for your time!

Dr. Proothi is one of the most knowledgeable doctors that I am so grateful to have as my oncologist. He explains everything fro no blood work to my treatment. I am afraid when he retires to find someone to take his place. I think he is irreplaceable. He cured my sister in law of breast cancer. Dr. Proothi is one of the finest physicians I have known. He is thorough, gentle, superbly well-informed. Since I only recently developed a pulmonary embolism and am taking Eliquis for the rest of my life, I had many questions about my medical future and lifestyle and about this medication. Dr. Proothi answered questions that my wife and I had completely and thoroughly. I feel fortunate to have him as my doctor.
