I am a fellowship-trained neurosurgeon dedicated to the surgical treatment of neurological conditions. I treat brain and spine disorders, focusing on degenerative spine disorders that cause back, leg and arm pain. As a member of St. Luke's Neurosurgical Associates, I work closely with St. Luke's Spine and Pain Associates, family physicians, pain specialists and neurologists to diagnose and treat degenerative cervical, thoracic and lumbar spine disease.
I am passionate about performing complex spine surgery to improve my patients' lives. Hearing patients say they are more comfortable, more productive at work and better able to interact with their families after surgery is very rewarding. When a patient comes to see me, we discuss how their symptoms impact their life and how surgery can benefit them so they can make the right decision for themselves. I live in the Lehigh Valley with my wife and two children. Outside of work, I am devoted to my family. My wife and I enjoy being involved with our children’s activities including sports. In 2017, we proudly became U.S. citizens.
The Patient Satisfaction Rating is an average of all responses to the care provider related questions from our nationally recognized Press Ganey Patient Satisfaction Survey. Patients that are treated in outpatient or hospital environments may receive different surveys, and the volume of responses will vary by question.
Responses are measured on a scale of 1 to 5 with 5 being the best score.
