Dr. Westheim has helped my son tremendously. He had a skin condition since 2021 brought on by Covid. Dr. Westheim implemented a plan of care that has helped resolve the problem. Dr. Westheim and his staff were always friendly and courteous; as well they always answered our questions.

I arrived earlier than expected for my appointment time. The receptionist went to Dr Westheim and asked if he would see me at this time. He said He would, which I was most appreciative of . I have been a patient of Dr Westheim's since He was In practice on his own. He has not changed in all these many years; I have and still believe He is a good Dr and an asset to St Luke's.

Due to a cancellation, I was able to get an appointment less than a week after I called as a new patient. After less than 10 minutes In the waiting room, Dr Westheim gave me a thorough examination, evaluation and told me our plan going forward.

I currently live in King of Prussia and had called my fianc?'s local dermatologist to schedule an appointment to be seen for an unexpected skin problem, so that I did not have to drive over 90 miles to see my dermatologist in East Stroudsburg. The local dermatologist did not respond to my email or phone messages until 48 hours laterafter I had been seen and treated by Dr. Westheim. St. Luke's physician group promptly answered my call and was able to fit me in the same day that I called about the skin problem. I would rather drive a long distance for my care than deal with a medical group that does not answer calls or emails in a prompt manner.

Dr. Westheim was very clear with me about my need for skin care and to stay out of the sun unless using sun block as he noticed damage to my skin. He had interns observing who I am sure were impressed by his professionalism and kindness.

I did have a half hour wait for my appointment. When my husband and I tried to make an appointment after having to cancel our appointments because of Covid we had to wait 6 months. In addition, there was a snow storm that caused closing of facilities and again we couldn't reschedule for 6 months. We now live in Delaware and due to skin issues we prefer to continue with Dr. Westheim. Fortunately, after over a year and a half wait, we got a good result.
